  • No purchase price limits (set by Agency guidelines)
  • Helps borrowers with income up to $150,000

For any discrepancies between rates posted here and rates shown inside the LLS client portal, the rates inside the Lakeview client portal control.

Notice:When initiating any second loan, lenders are responsible for ensuring they match the version of the second loan documents to the version shown here. The version number is listed on the bottom of the first page of the PDF file.

Where is metroDPA available?

Jurisdictions currently participating in the program are shown below. Mortgage loans can only be made within the City and County of Denver and within the incorporated areas of Cities & Towns or the unincorporated areas of Counties:

Over time additional jurisdictions may be available. Lenders will be notified as other cities, towns and counties choose to participate. Mortgage loans can also be made within the unincorporated areas of the following areas:

Adams County
Arapahoe County
Boulder County
Broomfield County
Denver County
Douglas County*
Jefferson County
Larimer County

*includes Highlands Ranch

Please note that a mailing address is not always an accurate indication of where a property is located. It is the lender’s responsibility to verify that the property is within the eligible lending area.
