  • Assistance as a 3-year forgivable 2nd lien
  • Assistance up to a percentage as 3-year forgivable 2nd lien
  • Primary residence, purchase only, no first-time homebuyer requirement
  • No purchase price limits (set by Agency guidelines)
  • Helps borrowers with income up to $188,250

For any discrepancies between rates posted here and rates shown inside the LLS client portal, the rates inside the Lakeview client portal control.

Notice:When initiating any second loan, lenders are responsible for ensuring they match the version of the second loan documents to the version shown here. The version number is listed on the bottom of the first page of the PDF file.

Jurisdictions currently participating in the program are shown below. Mortgage loans can only be made within the City and County of Denver and within the incorporated areas of Cities & Towns or the unincorporated areas of participating Counties (listed in the next section) below:
